HERE'S WHAT YOU'RE MISSING
You go from emails to intimacy in thirty seconds. Scroll. Lock phone. Walk to bedroom. Touch. No pause. No transition. No moment that says: "I'm choosing this. I'm here now." Just... from one thing to the next. And you wonder why it feels rushed.
Tonight, you pause first.
THE MOMENT BEFORE
You strike the match. That sound - sharp, immediate, real - cuts through everything. The flame catches. Flickers. Steadies. This is the threshold. Not mood lighting. Not ambiance.
The moment that separates ordinary time from sacred time.
You set the match down. Watch the flame. Coconut and lime fill the room - not heavy, not sweet. Clean. Clarifying. Like cold water on your face. Like the breath before you speak a vow. Your lover watches you watching the flame.
Nobody's touched yet. But something's already shifting.
THE WHISPERED PROMISE
You don't say it out loud. But lighting this candle is saying it:
- "I will not rush through this."
- "I will not check my phone halfway through."
- "I will be here - fully, completely here - for what comes next."
The flame holds you to it. Not in a heavy way. Not in a formal way. Just: you made a promise. And fire witnesses promises.
WHAT CHANGES
With the candle: You light it. Pause. Three full breaths. Feel the shift from doing to being. Then you reach for the oil. Then you warm it in your palms. Then you touch. The flame says: "This isn't routine. This is ritual."
Without the candle:
- You go from thinking about work to touching their body in ten seconds.
- Your nervous system doesn't know it's supposed to shift gears.
- Your attention is still half in your inbox.
The difference? With a threshold, intimacy becomes intentional.
Without one, it stays transactional.
THE SCENT THAT CLEARS THE AIR
Coconut and lime. Not tropical vacation. Not cocktail hour. Clean slate.
The coconut grounds. Warm. Creamy. Anchoring. The lime clarifies. Bright. Sharp. Awakening.
Together: the pause between what was and what's about to be.
This scent doesn't seduce. It prepares. It fills the room with one clear message: Everything before this moment? Let it go. What comes next? It deserves your whole attention.
WHAT THIS REALLY IS
You're not buying a candle. You're buying the pause between ordinary and sacred. The three breaths that shift your nervous system from performance to presence. The commitment device that holds you accountable to slowness.
The moment that says: "What happens next matters."
- Some nights, that's breath practice.
- Some nights, that's oil warming between your palms.
- Some nights, that's just sitting together in silence, watching the flame, remembering why you chose each other.
The candle doesn't care what ritual follows. It just marks the threshold. It says: Sacred time begins now.
WHAT YOU'LL REMEMBER
- The sound of the match striking. The first breath of coconut and lime.
- The moment you both paused - really paused - instead of rushing.
- The way the room felt different after you lit it. Not because of the light. Because of the intention.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
First burn: Let the wax melt to the edges (2-3 hours). This prevents tunnelling
and ensures even burn throughout the candle's life.
Every burn: Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting. This prevents smoking and
ensures clean flame.
- Don't burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Let the candle cool completely between burns.
- Keep away from drafts, pets, children, and anything you don't want covered in wax.
This is sacred fire. Treat it accordingly.
